Refund policy

Return Application:
1. The product must be unworn, unwashed, uncut and unstyled (without any makeup, deodorant or other clothing stains). The product is a personal item that comes into direct contact with the scalp, and the safety and hygiene of the customer is the primary considerations. Therefore, we do not accept returns on second-hand products.

2. All final sales orders, customized items and accessories are not accepted for returns or exchanges.

How to apply for a return or exchange
1. Returns and exchanges can be applied for within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please get in touch with us via email (email: naturalxtend@gmail.com). A detailed description, pictures and/or videos provided in the email will help speed up the return/refund process.

2. Our after-sales customer service staff will respond to you within 1 business day.

3. After confirmation, please follow our instructions to return the product and send us the return proof (including tracking number and valid return receipt).

4. After receiving the return, we will contact you within 1 business day to process the exchange or refund.

Returns
1. Do not mail the box, you can directly pack the wig in a courier bag.

2. Please note that we do not provide shipping labels. You need to pay for the return shipping, which is about $8-12 for US customers.

3. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

4. Any packages sent without our permission will not be accepted. We are not responsible.

Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days and automatically refunded to your original payment method.

2. Please note that we will deduct $25 from your original payment as a restocking fee.

Exchanges
1. For exchanges, please follow the same return process. Our customer service representative will confirm the exchanged item and make the necessary payment adjustment after approving your exchange request.

2. We will charge you an additional fee or refund the difference between the exchanged items.

3After receiving your returned item, we will process the exchange and send out the new item within 3 business days.

Expedited Exchange
1. You can place a new order and get a refund after the original item is returned.

2. For online orders, we will prepare the new wig while waiting for the return. The new wig will be sent to you after it is completed.

3. When we receive the returned item in good condition, we will refund you the full amount without charging a restocking fee.

4. This policy does not apply to regular exchange items.
